Collaboration aims to enhance patient engagement and streamline healthcare operations across German hospitals.

Eindhoven, The Netherlands, / Hannover, Germany - May 19, 2025 - Sentean, part of the brand portfolio SPARK TSL Group, a leader in patient engagement and healthcare technology solutions, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Netopsie Technologies GmbH, a renowned provider of patient infotainment systems in Germany. This collaboration marks the introduction of SPARK Fusion (Sentean’s original Fusion product), an innovative patient engagement platform delivered via Apple iPads, to the German healthcare market.

Fusion is a comprehensive, app-based solution designed to revolutionise patient care by integrating entertainment, communication, and clinical services into a single, user-friendly interface. Already successfully deployed in the UK, Netherlands, and South Africa, Fusion empowers patients with access to personalised care information, entertainment options, and direct communication channels with healthcare providers, all from their bedside.

The agreement is signed between Willem-Jan Te Riele, Managing Director of Sentean and now Business Development Director NL for SPARK TSL and Manfred Biermann, CEO of Netopsie Technologies GmbH, in an effort to deliver cost and resource efficiencies to the German healthcare market, and enhance patient engagement.
