SPARK TSL® Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement
1. Intent and Purpose
This policy outlines SPARK Technology Services Limited's commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking
2. Policy
Modern slavery is a crime resulting in an abhorrent abuse of human rights. It is constituted in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by the offences of ‘slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour’ and ‘human trafficking’.
SPARK Technology Services Limited is totally opposed to such abuses in all our operations whether direct, indirect or in our supply chain as a whole. We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or knowingly within our supply chain. It is our policy to conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner.
SPARK Technology Services Limited recognises the aims and obligations of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we will strive to uphold all laws relating to slavery and human trafficking in all the jurisdictions in which we operate.
We consider that the greatest risk of slavery and human trafficking may be in our supply chain where operations and managerial oversight are out of our direct control.
3. Scope
This policy applies to the whole organisation. It is applicable to all directors, employees, contractors, apprentices and trainees who work directly or indirectly for SPARK TSL®.
